Tetracast - Episode 224: Encountering Dungeons

Welcome to the latest edition of the Tetracast, RPG Site's regular, seemingly weekly podcast!

This week was a bit lighter for both the new releases and news fronts in the RPG world, so we open up with Josh's PC building adventure (and other life events), before getting into this week's main topic. Dungeon Encounters is a surprising, somewhat strange, but interesting new release from Square Enix that is sure to tickle the fancy of those into old-school dungeon crawlers. We then go a bit off-genre to talk about our experiences with some non-RPGs in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania as well as the demo to Kaiju Wars.

News this week is headlined by previews for Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker, alongside a release date for upcoming JRPG Monark landing in that suddenly-packed February release window. We also touch on new announcements made for Super Robot Wars 30, coming to the west in just a few weeks on PC (a first for the mainline series).
