Disgaea RPG to release in English on Steam

Boltrend Games has announced that Disgaea RPG will release in English for PC via Steam. According to the Steam page, the game is looking for an Early Access launch sometime between December 2021 and Q1 2022.

Disgaea RPG is a free-to-play RPG that originally released for Japanese mobile devices in March 2019, followed by English releases for iOS and Android devices in April 2021. A PC version was already available in Japan via DMM Games.

Boltrend Games states that Disgaea RPG will spend 1 to 2 months in Early Access in order to optimize the game.

About This Game

Why Early Access?

“Because the game has not been released in global PC platform before. We decide to use Early Access to optimize the game constantly.”

“The Early Access will last for about 1 to 2 months as estimated. We will extend or shorten the period according to actual situation.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We're going to add more content and optimize translations during Early Access. We're going to transplant and offer better gaming experience in the following months. There will be seasonal events/gacha, better manipulation, exclusive trophy and extra content which might be DLC in the full version/following patches.”
