The Nioh series reaches 7 million units shipped worldwide

Team Ninja has announced that the Nioh series has reached 7 million units shipped worldwide.

The original Nioh launched in February 2017, while Nioh 2 launched in March 2020. Prior to today, the most recent update we had on the series' cumulative sales was 5 million in April 2021.

Team Ninja's next title is Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, which was given a March 3, 2023, release date earlier today.

The #Nioh franchise has now surpassed 7 million units shipped worldwide!

Nioh 2 is now available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC (Steam). You can also read Lucas' reviews of the full game, as well as each of the three DLC packs.
