Front Mission 1st: Remake deploys on November 30 for the Nintendo Switch

Forever Entertainment has announced that Front Mission 1st: Remake will be launching on November 30 for the Nintendo Switch. This title is a remake of the first Front Mission game that started the mecha strategy RPG series. It will be priced at $34.99 USD / € 34.99, though there will be a pre-order discount that will take 10% off. This discount is applicable from November 16 to November 30.

Initially announced back in February, Front Mission 1st: Remake will retain the isometric viewpoints from its original iteration. Its visuals were all remade and now incorporates 3D environments with a rotatable camera.

Forever Entertainment delayed the remake back to November in early September. A remake for Front Mission 2 will be coming in 2023 and Front Mission 3 will also be receiving a remake at some point too.

A new gameplay trailer for Front Mission 1st: Remake will be premiering on November 3 at 6:00 AM PST. You can find the trailer down below.

In the year 2090, the world's conflicts are fought using giant war machines called Wanzers. Huffman Island, the only place where the Oceania Cooperative Union (O.C.U.) and the Unified Continental States (U.C.S.) share a land border is a hotbed of conflict.

With dozens of characters to meet, its mature story, and non-Manichean protagonists, Front Mission is the classic tactical Japanese RPG, finally available worldwide.
