Bravely Default: Brilliant Lights Service Ends on February 28
Bravely Default: Brilliant Lights, the Japan-only mobile game based on Bravely Default 2, will cease service starting on February 28 next year, per an announcement from the title's official account. The account apologized for the sudden announcement, seeing as the game now has only a little longer than 2 months left to live, and went on to further detail what players can expect leading up to the game's closure.
In line with the closure, the rewards for completing Daily & Weekly Subquests will be adjusted, alongside tweaks to the gacha system, the campaign schedule, and the availability of items in the shop. Details regarding the conclusion of the game's scenario are poised to be unveiled in the following days, leading up to the end of service.
Bravely Default: Brilliant Lights launched on January 27, 2022 in Japan. The game will have lasted just over 13 months when it closes its doors for good on February 28.
