Honkai Star Rail World Tour to stop at various game events through 2023
Honkai: Star Rail is live now, but HoYoVerse isn't hitting the brakes on its hype train just yet. The company announced what it's calling the "Honkai: Star Rail World Tour", a set of promotional appearances for the game taking place at several major game-oriented events over the next several months.
From July 2023 through late September 2023, HoYoVerse will host five Honkai: Star Rail panels and exhibits located at public-facing game and anime conventions and events. Those who visit can play demos of the game, obtain exclusive merchandise, and compete in contests for prizes. The panels will also include things like live performances, guest appearances, and photo opportunities.
According to the official site, the Honkai: Star Rail World Tour will appear at these events:
- Anime Expo 2023 - July 1 to 4, 2023 - Los Angeles, U.S.A.
- Japan Expo 2023 - July 13 to 16, 2023 - Paris, France
- Gamers Con 2023 - July 27 to 31, 2023 - Taipei, Taiwan
- Gamescom 2023 - August 23 to 27, 2023 - Cologne, Germany
- Tokyo Game Show 2023 - September 21 to 24, 2023 - Tokyo, Japan
Attendees who visit the booth will receive a special sticker booklet and stickers. Completing the sticker set will allow entry into a raffle draw for exclusive merchandise.
A preview of some of the merchandise kits included items based on characters March 7th and Dan Heng.
Honkai: Star Rail is available on PC, iOS, and Android devices. A PlayStation release is also planned for a later date.
