Koei Tecmo teases a crossover between Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty and Nioh 2
Koei Tecmo shared a short teaser video on their social media accounts. It shows that there will be a crossover between Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty and Nioh 2, both of which were developed by Fumihiko Yasuda's team in Team Ninja.
We can assume from the video that this crossover will happen in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. The video shows the Wo Long protagonist getting killed by a spirit attack. But instead of the Chinese proverb with the "Defeated" translation, the game over screen is taken from the Nioh series' "Freed From This Mortal Coil."
While Nioh 2 will be the first in-house title that Wo Long will have a collaboration with, it won't be the first overall crossover. Koei Tecmo had previously worked with NetEase and Neowiz to add crossover content from Naraka: Bladepoint and Lies of P respectively.
You can find the teaser video on Koei Tecmo's X (ex-Twitter) post right below. The company will reveal more details about the collaboration at a later time. Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty and Nioh 2 are both available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. Wo Long is also available on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
