Borderlands 2 to reward BL1 vets with special rewards

Gearbox has announced a rewards scheme for Borderlands 2 for players of the original game.

Those who did play Borderlands 1 back when it launched in 2009 will get special customisation options in the shape of exclusive heads and skins for all four of BL2's new playable characters.

The only condition being that players still need to have handy their save game files from the first game.
