Neverness to Everness closed beta test sign-ups now live, new trailer released

Publisher Perfect World and developer Hotta Studio have begun sign-ups for the first global closed beta test for open-world RPG Neverness to Everness in the form of the Containment Test.

Neverness to Everness, originally announced in July 2024, will have its first global Closed Beta Test on PC. Progress will be wiped after the test is over. This test will support English, Japanese, and Chinese voiceover options. You can sign up on the official website here for a chance to take part in the test.

Neverness to Everness is set to release for PC, iOS, Android, and PS5 in the future. Pre-registration is available here.

Drift into Hethereau

To celebrate this major milestone, the official Containment Test Announcement Trailer has also been released—offering a closer look at the immersive city of Hethereau, where players, as Appraiser, can explore together with their companions in a supernatural-infused urban environment. The trailer teases the rich atmosphere, upgraded visuals, and deep narrative threads that await.

How To Join the Containment Test

· Fill out the Recruitment questionnaire to help the development team tailor the in-game experience. Ensure all details are accurate before submitting.

· Join community events and campaigns for additional chances to secure a testing spot

What to Expect

The Containment Test will give players hands-on access to NTE’s richly layered urban gameplay, previously teased in trailers. From high-speed drifting to player-driven exploration. NTE invites players to craft their own path through the sprawling city of Hethereau.
