Cladun X3 gets an official Touhou Project crossover content set
Nippon Ichi Software announced that they have released an official Touhou Project crossover content set for Cladun X3. Players of the game can now obtain a town map and character data inspired by the franchise with official license from ZUN's Team Shanghai Alice.
Players can now find and download the Touhou Project World map in the game's online connection mode. This map contains the following 10 characters whose pixels can be copied to the player avatar:
- Hakurei Reimu
- Kirisame Marisa
- Konpaku Youmu
- Izayoi Sakuya
- Remilia Scarlet
- Flandre Scarlet
- Komeiji Satori
- Komeiji Koishi
- Cirno
- Fujiwara no Mokou
In addition, the right edge of the Touhou Project World map also has music download spots where you can download MML renditions of the following 5 Touhou-based songs:
- Bad Apple!!
- U.N. Owen Was Her?
- Touhou Yokai-Komachi
- Septet for the Late Princess
- Love-Colored Master Spark
Touhou Project has thus joined the list of franchises that have had collaboration content featured in Cladun X3. Prior examples include Kairosoft, AmiAmi, and Nihon Falcom's Ys and Trails in the Sky.
Cladun X3 is currently available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4 in Japan. NIS America has still yet to confirm an English release of the game as of this writing.
