
Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake gets free Nintendo Switch 2 compatibility update with graphical improvements
Square Enix has released a free update for Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake with improvements for when playing on Nintendo Switch 2.
While the Western Nintendo Direct Partner Showcases didn't feature, Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake a trailer for it was shown alongside the confirmation of an upgrade during the Japanese Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase. The update is available now for all who own Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake on Nintendo Switch. The update includes graphical improvements to make the game appear "sharper and smoother" and also an option to prioritize frame rate or graphics. Details are here. No changes have been made to the story content or items in-game.
