Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2 announced for November 13 release on Nintendo Switch 2

During the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase, Sega revealed that both Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2 are coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on November 13.

Yakuza Kiwami was previously released late last year for Nintendo Switch, and you can read my review of the port here. Those who own that version can upgrade to the Switch 2 version of Yakuza Kiwami by going by the official Asia website. Yakuza Kiwami 2 is only coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on November 13.

Neither game will feature new added content, but each will offer additional text language support with the following available in addition to English: French, Italian, German, Spanish, LATAM Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Russian text in-game. Yakuza Kiwami 2's official website mentions a physical release, but it is unclear if this is a Game Key Card, or not.

Yakuza Kiwami is now available on PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC. Yakuza Kiwami 2 is now available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Both games launch on November 13 for Nintendo Switch 2.

Yakuza Kiwami 2 has the ‘Dragon of Dojima’ Kazuma Kiryu return to face the ‘Dragon of Kansai,’ Ryuji Goda in an all-out war between rival Yakuza gangs in the sequel to Yakuza Kiwami.
For the first time, both titles will also support French, Italian, German, Spanish, LATAM Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Russian text in-game.
