Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree launches for Nintendo Switch on September 4

Publisher Knights Peak and developer Primal Game Studio have announced that Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree will launch for Nintendo Switch on September 4 via the Nintendo eShop. 

I came away mixed in my review of Mandragora, stating that "the combat is serviceable, the narrative is adequate, and the exploration is fine." However, Knight's Peak has made numerous updates to the game since, rebalancing many portions of the game while adding new features, such as New Game+.

Knights Peak announces the digital release of Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree on Nintendo Switch on September 4, 2025, and can already be added to wish lists starting August 15. In addition, all purchasers of the Standard Edition who just can't get enough of the acclaimed action-RPG can now purchase a digital upgrade to the Deluxe Edition. Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree is already available digitally for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Inquisitors who are still undecided about the game can now download an updated demo version on the platforms already available.

Since the release of Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree, the deep RPG mechanics, challenging combat and story-driven exploration have been continuously improved. Thanks to player feedback, the gaming experience has been tailored to the community's wishes and features such as a New Game+ mode have been added. All of this is of course coming to Nintendo Switch and can be experienced to some extent in the updated demo on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The Deluxe Upgrade is separately available and includes the original soundtrack, digital artbook, the cosmetical Shadowpyre and Gildcrest Transmog Sets, as well as the Curious Ottliong and Nimble Dieling as Pet Followers.

Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree launches digitally on September 4, 2025 for Nintendo Switch in both Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition. The action-RPG is already available for PC (via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG.com), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
