Bandai Namco Tokyo Game Show 2025 booth will have playable demos of Digimon Story: Time Stranger

Bandai Namco Entertainment has started publishing their upcoming appearance at Tokyo Game Show 2025, which will be held on September 25-28. The company has also put up a new webpage for the event, which is currently only available in Japanese, but will later have an English version planned too.

The company's main booth will primarily feature four games, including Little Nightmares III and Once Upon A Katamari. For the titles in our scope, Code Vein II will also have a featured zone, but it will only have a photo spot without any demo builds available. This leaves Digimon Story: Time Stranger as the last major title featured with playable demos.

The descriptions for the Time Stranger demo note that it will be the same one we had at last June's Summer Game Fest in the US, which features an exploration of the Digital World's Central Town and a boss battle against Parrotmon. However, everyone who has tried out the game at TGS 2025 will get a free sticker featuring Jupitermon Wrath Mode while supplies last. Those who checked the demo on the Public Days on September 27-28 can also get an exclusive Time Stranger-themed Digimon Card Game promotion pack.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger will be released the week after Tokyo Game Show 2025 on October 2/3, while Code Vein II currently still only has 2026 as its release window.
