Utawarerumono: Shiro he no Michishirube delayed from Fall 2025 to 2026
Aquaplus has formally announced that they are delaying the release of their upcoming new game, Utawarerumono: Shiro he no Michishirube. Originally slated for Fall 2025, the company has now set the year 2026 as the new release window. In the Japanese press release, the company noted that they need more time to further improve the game's quality.

The new Utawarerumono game was first revealed last November during Aquaplus' 30th anniversary festival event. However, there are still no platforms announced for the game as of yet. There are still no signs of Aquaplus bringing any of their games to Tokyo Game Show 2025 either. In addition, the company recently also had to deal with a change in parent company from HIKE/Pole To Win Holdings to Yuke's.
