Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection TGS 2025 event shows more QoL features

Capcom held a stage event for Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection as their first event on the fourth and last day of Tokyo Game Show 2025. The team revealed more details on the compilation's new features, including those that were not detailed in the initial Nintendo Direct reveal or the TGS 2025 Online Program.

This event particularly featured direct footage from the demo build, enabling those who could not visit the physical venue at Makuhari Messe to check the game as well. This demo features the early parts of the first Mega Man Star Force, and players could go as far as fighting the Taurus Fire boss in the first dungeon.

Some of the features shown in this footage include option settings that let the player freely modify the dual-screen sizes and orientations, as well as the Mega Buster's damage multiplier. The game will also show elements you can access from the wave field, and it will even let you move the camera all around the map to check the routes without having to move Mega Man himself, which by itself is also a QoL improvement since it will help reduce unnecessary enemy encounters.

The event stream is available to watch right below. Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection will be available worldwide for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC via Steam in 2026.
