Tales of Xillia Remastered releases a day earlier in Japan for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch

Tales of Xillia Remastered is now available in Japan for consoles. Bandai Namco released the remaster a day earlier in their home country for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

This release pattern has been a standard procedure for most of the recent games published by Bandai Namco. The company notably releases their games a day early for consoles in Japan on Thursday. They would then release the games in the rest of the world the following day on Friday, along with the globally simultaneous PC version on Steam.

Bandai Namco has also published multiple trailers to commemorate the Japanese release of Tales of Xillia Remastered on the official Tales of YouTube Channel. Be advised, however, that YouTube has been gradually applying its auto-dubbing feature, so keep that option in check.

The first one is the Japanese version of the launch trailer, which is also available in English.

The next one features cast messages from Tsubasa Yonaga and Miyuki Sawashiro, the respective voice actors behind the game's protagonists Jude Mathis and Milla Maxwell.

And the third one has a Japanese narration from Tsubasa Yonaga explaining about the landscapes in the game's world.
