Blue Protocol: Star Resonance launches in the rest of Asia including Japan on December 18

The launch date of Blue Protocol: Star Resonance in the rest of Asia—including Japan—is finally known. The mobile and PC MMORPG is being published by X.D. in South Korea and Japan, while Haoplay is also setting up actual Southeast Asian social media accounts that support English and Thai. All of these announcements point to the exact same launch date of December 18.

We have also spotted an alternate Steam page of Blue Protocol: Star Resonance set up by Haoplay for mostly Southeast Asian countries. This client is separated from the Western English version, and it will be exclusively available in Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and India. It will contain Japanese voiceovers with subtitle options in English, Indonesian, and Thai.

For the record, Blue Protocol: Star Resonance appeared first in Mainland China on July 17. A Plus then brought a "global" English version to the West on October 9. Not long after that, the Taiwanese version came out on October 23. Note that even though Singapore and Malaysia are also supposed to be part of Southeast Asia, they were instead grouped into the Taiwan-based Traditional Chinese version during a previous closed beta test session.

A new trailer for Blue Protocol: Star Resonance has also appeared with the launch date announcement for the rest of Asia. You can find the Japanese trailer right below, and the same trailer is also available in Thai via the game's official Thai YouTube channel and in English via the Southeast Asian Facebook page.
