Yakuza Kiwami 2 runs at 60fps on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S according to Sega's Japanese FAQ page

Yakuza Kiwami 2 launches for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on December 8 alongside a free Steam update and a post on Sega's Japanese FAQ has a listing for the difference between the Switch 2 and PS5/Xbox Series versions revealing that the upcoming PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions will run at 60fps.

This is the first mention of frame rate for the upcoming PS5 and Xbox Series versions of Yakuza Kiwami 2. There is no mention of resolution or anything else. It only mentions that the Switch 2 version runs at 30fps and the PS5/Xbox Series X|S versions run at 60fps.

If Sega publishes anything else about the port's technical details, we will update this and post update it. If you missed the news earlier today, Sega confirmed the upgrade path for the three upcoming Yakuza releases for PS5 and Xbox Series next month. Yakuza Kiwami 2 digital owners (not subscription) on PS4 and Xbox One can upgrade to the PS5 and Xbox Series versions respectively at no additional cost.
