Shuten Order Nintendo Switch 2 Edition and Switch physical release announced for Spring 2026

Spike Chunsoft is releasing a physical version of Shuten Order Nintendo Switch 2 Edition and the Switch version for North America and the Switch 2 Edition for Europe with a Spring 2026 release window.

Shuten Order debuted as a digital-only release in the West for Switch and PC via Steam. It recently got a Shuten Order Nintendo Switch 2 Edition upgrade pack and native release. Today, Spike Chunsoft has revealed a physical release for both the Switch and Switch 2 Edition. The latter is priced at $59.99 which is $10 more than the Switch version. In Europe, only the Switch 2 Edition will be released physically. The pricing for Europe is £54.99 and €59.99. You can find the box art below:

Physical edition to be distributed by PM Studios in North America, and by REEF Entertainment Ltd. in Europe

EXNOA, the company that operates DMM GAMES, and Tookyo Games today announced Shuten Order physical editions for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch will be released Spring 2026.

The physical edition of Shuten Order for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch will be distributed in North America by PM Studios. In Europe, REEF Entertainment Ltd. will distribute the physical edition exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2.
