Tales Of Series 30th Anniversary Producer Message video unveils plans for 2026 and beyond

Bandai Namco has published a new video on the Tales Of YouTube Channel that contains a new message from the current series producer, Yusuke Tomizawa. This video appeared right on the 30th anniversary day since Tales of Phantasia first came out for Super Famicom (SNES) in Japan on 15 December 1995.

In this video, Tomizawa looked back on the recently announced remasters: Tales of Graces f Remastered, Tales of Xillia Remastered, and Tales of Berseria Remastered. The series producer noted that his team is releasing the remasters based on the order of the development's completion speed—which he also mentioned in a recent Famitsu interview. However, Tomizawa did admit that the remasters revealed recently come from the more recent entries. He promises that 2026 will have reveals of remasters from the older titles.

In addition, Tomizawa announced that a brand-new Tales Of entry is also under development, but it still does not have a release window yet as the new game's development is taking even more time with the ever-advancing console game specifications.
