Persona 5: The Phantom X version 3.1 update adds Runa "Howler" Dogenzaka and Akihabara area
Sega and Atlus have updated the Japanese and Western releases of Persona 5: The Phantom X to Version 3.1. This update primarily adds Runa "Howler" Dogenzaka as a new party member recruitable via gacha banner and Akihabara as a new permanent explorable city area.
The update patch also comes with a new Synergy event line with Runa, and proceeding through this will eventually unlock Akihabara. This area will also have a new Crane Game where you can win plushies to be displayed in the protagonist's room. As another side note, Howler is one of the characters who will later become available in the regular gacha banner.
You can find the new character trailer for Runa "Howler" Dogenzaka and a copy of the patch notes for version 3.1 right below. This update is slated to appear in the Southeast Asian server roughly 8 days later. Persona 5: The Phantom X is available worldwide on PC, iOS, and Android.

You can use the plushies you win to decorate your display space at home.
Certain duplicate plushies can be traded for Arcade Exchange Vouchers in the Recycle menu.
Arcade Exchange Vouchers can be redeemed at the Prize Counter for plushies, or items to raise your accomplices' Affinity.
