Banner of the Maid releases for Switch with Japanese and French language support on March 12

2P Games has announced that they will bring Banner of the Maid to Japan and South Korea with a Nintendo Switch release this year on March 12. This new release will also particularly add Japanese and French subtitle support, as well as a new Japanese voiceover option.

The strategy RPG from the China-based Azure Flame Studio has been available on PC via Steam since May 2019, but it initially only supports Chinese text and voiceovers.

An English localization was launched in February 2020, and the game was also ported to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch later in the same year, but there were no further localizations added besides Chinese and English prior to this announcement.

You can find the new Japanese screenshots for Banner of the Maid right below. As of this writing, it is yet to be known whether the existing global releases will also get an update adding the new localizations or not.
