The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered launches in 2026 for Nintendo Switch 2
Bethesda Softworks and Virtuos have announced that The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is launching this year for Nintendo Switch 2.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered debuted last year for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC platforms.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is now available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Windows (Steam, Game Pass). It launches this year for Switch 2.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered – Coming This Year
Looking further ahead, Bethesda Game Studios also confirmed that The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is in development for Nintendo Switch 2 and will arrive later this year. Oblivion Remastered gives you the chance to step into one of Bethesda Game Studios’ most iconic worlds, updated for a new generation. This is the first time Cyrodiil has been explorable for Nintendo Switch players.
This remastered experience will be available digitally at launch, with a physically code-in-box edition planned for a later date. Stay tuned for more over the coming months.
