Dragon Quest Smash/Grow pre-registrations are now live on iOS and Android
Square Enix has begun pre-registrations for Dragon Quest Smash/Grow, the new roguelite RPG Dragon Quest game set for mobile, on both iOS and Android ahead of its release this year.
Alongside pre-registrations, a new trailer is live for Dragon Quest Smash/Grow. You can pre-order it on the App Store for iOS here and pre-register for it on Google Play for Android here. While a release date is yet to be announced, the iOS pre-order page has a July 31 placeholder date listed.
Dragon Quest Smash/Grow is in development for a 2026 release on iOS and Android.

Square Enix announced today that it has begun pre-registration for the newest addition to its Dragon Quest series: Dragon Quest Smash/Grow, a roguelite RPG for smartphones. Pre-register on the App Store and Google Play to receive 10 Premium Transmuter Vouchers—enough for 10 Premium Transmuter pulls—at launch.

The team released a new promotional video showcasing the latest version of the game to kick off pre-registration. The video is narrated by voice acting legend Toshio Furukawa, who voices Roly, the hero’s trusty mechanical sidekick.
To celebrate the start of pre-registration, Square Enix is holding a special giveaway campaign on the official Dragon Quest Smash/Grow social media accounts, starting today, March 18, 2026, 3:00am (UTC) and running until March 24 at 11:59pm (UTC).
