Shiro Games has announced that the next Wartales DLC will launch on April 30 with Contract: Fires in the Capital.

Wartales - Contract: Fires in the Capital DLC will be priced at $12.99 on PC Steam. You can wishlist it on Steam here ahead of its launch. Wartales is now available on Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam, GOG).

Rally the warband and set out for Isandrin, the imperial capital of Edoran, where tensions between the Legion and the Empire have reached a boiling point. Large-scale unrest threatens to consume the city and the beating heart of the Empire’s power. Every decision could either help pull the metropolis back from the brink or be the tipping point in its descent into anarchy.
Isandrin is a completely different environment from the frontiers Wartales mercenaries typically explore, and combat is only one approach. Tracking down brigands, destroying propaganda, building support for civic institutions, and even performing as a bard all have far-reaching effects, influencing everything from the prices of provisions to the public mood.
Take on new urban battle scenarios reflecting the state of the capital. Stop fleeing criminals before they escape and further destabilize the city, escort vulnerable supply convoys through waves of enemy reinforcements, and fight in the burning streets while rescuing trapped civilians – all in a constantly evolving medieval metropolis.
