Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World releases on December 3
Square Enix and Tose announced that Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World will be launching on December 3 for the PlayStation 5, Switch 2, Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A new trailer shows off the first gameplay footage for the title after its brief announcement teaser during the Dragon Quest Day stream. The trailer also reconfirms that Debora will be making an appearance, following Yuji Horii's tweet mentioning her inclusion.
Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World stars the heroines from Dragon Quest V, Bianca and Nera. They end up lost at the kingdom of Witherwood and discover they can befriend monsters. Continually scout monsters over to their side and build up an army to fight for Bianca and Nera. Combine them through synthesis to create even stronger monsters. Those who want to test their party against others can engage in battle against other players' parties online.
Early purchase bonuses for Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World include 10 Monster Munchies, 3 Bonus Balls, and 5 Seeds of Skill; they are available until January 5, 2027.
