Atelier Yumia Switch 2 Edition and Switch update now live with performance improvements and more
Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land on Switch 2 and Switch has been patched today with version 1.6.1 bringing in fixes for performance and more.
The update also fixes bugs causing crashes in specific areas on Switch 1 and when fast forwarding synthesis. If you hadn't played the Switch 2 upgrade yet, I covered it last month here. I will retest it in the near future after finishing some other comparisons. Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land is out now worldwide for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam). - Added a performance settings option to the Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game under the graphics tab in the options menu.
- Made improvements to alleviate frame rate drops and slowed processing on the Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Nintendo Switch version of the game to lag or crash when near the Abandoned Seaside Village.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Nintendo Switch version of game to crash when fast traveling to the Abandoned Seaside Village.
- Fixed a bug that caused the game to crash when fast forwarding synthesis.
- Minor adjustments and bug fixes.
