The Expanse: Osiris Reborn showcases new mid-game mission gameplay

Owlcat Games has shared a new The Expanse: Osiris Reborn gameplay video today showcasing a brand-new mission.

The video goes over a Mid-Game Ganymede Mission gameplay featuring a new acquaintance, encounter with a hybrid, and more. Today, Owlcat Games revealed two new videos from the highly anticipated upcoming narrative-action RPG The Expanse: Osiris Reborn. Debuted during the Find Your Next Game Show at gamescom, the videos
show detailed gameplay from a mid-game mission set on the moon Ganymede, where players have to infiltrate a secret base to recover stolen data. Though the mission starts off smoothly, it doesn’t take long for everything to go horribly, catastrophically wrong.

The trailer showcases the mission on Ganymede, highlighting different aspects of The Expanse: Osiris Reborn: from its cinematic storytelling, to the thrilling action combat, to its exploration and deep dialogue system. The Captain and their sibling J must infiltrate a secret Protogen base to get back their data stolen on Pinkwater station, with their whole team coming together to aid with tech and provide moral
support.

At first everything seems to be going according to plan — players explore the base undercover, meet Protogen employees, and try to talk their way into the storage area to retrieve the stolen data. However, things take a turn when an unexpected third party shows up and a bioengineered menace is let loose in the base, forcing the siblings to improvise as they desperately fight their way to make it out alive.
