Stranger Than Heaven × “Battles Without Honor and Humanity” Collaboration Tribute Trailer

Sega has announced a new Stranger Than Heaven collaboration with Toei Company's "Battles Without Honor and Humanity" during its TGS 2026 broadcast.

Battles Without Honor and Humanity is a series of films directed by Kinji Fukasaku that starred Bunta Sugawara as Shozo Hirono. This collaboration will feature merchandise available for sale in Japan only. It was announced with a video featuring edited sections from Stranger Than Heaven stylized by the film series.

Stranger Than Heaven launches January 15, 2027 for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC (Xbox on PC, Steam). It is also a Play Anywhere title and included in Xbox Game Pass.

A collaboration between Stranger Than Heaven releasing on Friday, January 15, 2027, and Toei Company, Ltd. has been officially announced.

This video pays tribute to Toei’s “Battles Without Honor and Humanity” by featuring music, stylistic elements and editing inspired by the iconic film series.
