Publisher NIS America and developers Daewon Media & Waycoder have announced Astonishia Story, set to release on February 11 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam).

This new release is an updated version of a classic Korean RPG originally released in 1994. The Korean version of the re-release was originally released in 2025 for Nintendo Switch and PC.
This isn't the first time that Astonishia Story has gotten a re-release, as it was released worldwide in 2006 for PSP. A sequel, Astonishia Story 2, was also released 2008/2009 for PSP, released in North America under the name Crimson Gem Saga.
