Tetracast - Episode 40: Square Enix Steals Tokyo Game Show
We warned you guys in our previous podcast that there would be a lot to talk about in our next podcast, and we weren't kidding around. But before we got into that, Josh talked a little bit about his thoughts on Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse and Persona 5 (no spoilers!) as he gets lost in his MegaTen madness. After that, Andrea shared her trip into Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness, her first time beating Dark Cloud, and her continue free-fall into Final Fantasy XIV. And then we finish catching up as Zack discusses how he cheesed his way through Lords of the Fallen, put up with the ending to Metal Gear Solid V, flirted with Trails of Cold Steel II, and wasted all his good luck on Puzzle & Dragons.
So then we get into the news. Sony had a hell a month so we briefly discussed what went on during their September 7th and September 13th conferences that were mostly about the unveiling of the PlayStation 4 Pro and their upcoming line-up that goes into early 2017. Then Tokyo Game Show 2017 happened, and the announcements were all over the place. SaGa Scarlet Grace, Nier: Automata, Final Fantasy XV, Kingdom Hearts 2.8, New DanganRonpa V3, Nioh, Yakuza 6, Valkyria: Azure Revolution, and more! There is a lot to discuss, so you need to listen to this podcast!
