Tetracast Extra: A Falcom Holiday Getaway

Most of us are still recovering from the holidays, but we wanted to end this year off with a special Tetracast episode to lead us into the new year. Our Game of the Year feature will be up later this week, so look forward to that!

Falcom had a few presents up their sleeve with several big announcements last week in its shareholder meeting. Two special guests from the Falcom community join Josh Torres in this Tetracast Extra: Kirsten, the owner of Endless History, and Guan, the founder of the Kiseki Wikia.

From holiday stories of bizarre backlight keyboards to shady motorcycling around San Francisco in Watch_Dogs 2, the three talk what they've been up to during the holiday break. Then they venture off into the seas with Adol once more (in HD!) with Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana's PlayStation 4 version with some Ys Origin for good measure. Josh, Kirsten, and Guan also take their time dissecting the first details of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III.

Lastly, we take a behind-the-scenes sneak peek on Kirsten and Guan's new project - salvaging the Zero no Kiseki (The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Zero) English fan translation. Currently unannounced for localization in the west, Kirsten and Guan talk to Josh about how they came to inherit the seemingly doomed plan, the hurdles of an official release at the moment, and their current goals to get over the barrier of bringing the Crossbell arc to fans worldwide in English.
