SEGA's official Twitter posted an update on the status of Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation, stating that this mobile title will receive a mid-January release in Japan. It was reported that the release was pushed back due to player feedback from the beta that had taken place.
This iteration of the Shin Megami Tensei series follows the Protagonist(he or she) and a group known as the "Liberators," a secret organization that works to protect the world. A unique feature has been added to this title in the form of 3D dungeons which players can explore.

Similar to other mobage, the campaign features an assortment of items and unique rewards that will be gifted to players upon launch when conditions are met.
