The Crown-Sanded Ruins comprise a lost city that has been buried under a sea of sand until it suddenly reappeared. This location is dotted with dangerous regions where foes are buried alive, sneaking inside the sand. Greenery never buds in this withered land, and a ruthless thirst awaits visitors here.

Bandai Namco also detailed how certain variations of different weapon types will alter some of the attacks players can perform with those weapons.

Bayonets

  • Black-Clothed Bayonet
    • Strong Attack: Shoots bullets with higher damage than usual
    • Charged Strong Attack: Shoots 5 bullets that spread horizontally. Should be able to hit even fast-moving enemies.
  • Riot Smasher
    • Strong Attack: Fires scattering bullets in close range. Has a short duration so this is useful in close range fights.
    • Charged Strong Attack: Shoots more bullets than SA and with broader range too, thus making it easier to blow enemies away.

Halberds

  • Solid Piercer
    • Strong Attack: Greatly lungs the spear forward, piercing the enemy
    • Charged Strong Attack: Launches a thrust with a shock wave, which can easily make enemies flinching.
  • Bisection Garnet
    • Strong Attack: Makes a huge shockwave comes out with the slash.
    • Charged Strong Attack: Spins once and makes a huge step forward, launching shock waves towards the direction. The amount & distance of the shock waves are higher than regular Strong Attack.
