Announcement Trailer for Dragon Ball Game Project Z, set to release in 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC

Today at the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals, Bandai Namco lifted the curtain on the recently announced Dragon Ball Game Project Z Action RPG with an announcement trailer. The game is set to release in 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

The trailer doesn't give a clear indication of what type of RPG gameplay we might expect in Project Z. However, the trailer does show that the game runs on Unreal Engine 4 and involves the development team at CyberConnect 2, known for the Naruto Ninja Storm series and the .hack franchise. It also shows the early arcs of the Dragon Ball Z anime - the Saiyan and Frieza sagas.
