Open world RPG Outward shows off combat stylings in new trailer

Nine Dot Studios has posted a new trailer for upcoming open-world survival action RPG Outward, via IGN. The narrated footage goes deep into combat and battle options for the game.

Outward is an RPG that's not shying away from defining itself as 'hardcore', where players will constantly be tested in the environment from foes and wildlife alike. Exploration elements like backpack size and map-reading will also be a crucial component to the player's survival in the wilderness. The game also uses an automatic saving system, meaning that you must live with the consequences of your actions - no save scumming here.  You can find a previous trailer and description here. The game also supports co-operative play.

Outward will release on March 26 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
