At the end of EA's most recent earnings call Q&A, when the topic of Dragon Age came up, EA's CFO Blake Jorgensen stated that the project "probably comes after fiscal '22'", meaning sometime after April 2022. Jorgensen didn't extrapolate much further than that, claiming that EA doesn't typically don't give multiyear guidance, but finished by stating that "plans are underway".
When the next Dragon Age project was teased last December at The Game Awards, it was pretty apparent that the game was in an early state. Now we have some broad idea when to expect the game, and it's not for a few years yet. We'll have to be patient before we see more of this project.
