The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III is coming to Nintendo Switch in Spring 2020

NIS America has announced that a Nintendo Switch port for The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III will arrive in Spring 2020 with the Japanese port coming shortly after.

According to Gamespot, a demo of the game will be available at launch. The Switch port will run at a locked 720p resolution and 30 frames per second in both docked and undocked modes and it will launch with both special editions of the game available. All versions, including the standard edition, will include the DLC items found within the game.

NIS America has also uploaded a trailer announcing the release to its YouTube channel.

In usual NIS America fashion, a special edition will be available for this version of the game on NISA's Online Store. It runs at $99.99 and includes the same offerings found in the earlier-released PlayStation 4 version.

The Thors Academy Edition includes:

  • The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III for Nintendo Switch™
  • Intelligence Division Files Hardcover Art Book
  • Symphony of Class VII
  • Einhel Keep Collector's Box
  • SteelBook
  • 5 Postcards
