Yakuza 6 RIZAP Foods Guide: complete food list and workout routine

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life introduces a new way for Kiryu to gain experience. Instead of taking to the streets and relentlessly pummeling thugs into submission, Kiryu can now hit the gym. As part of a cross promotion with the RIZAP fitness center in Japan, Kiryu can quickly get himself back into shape thanks to RIZAP and a strictly monitored diet!

RIZAP has two features, the first of which being a work out segment where the player can pick the workout they want for which type of experience they want - this is split into three categories (strength, agility, and spirit) for RIZAP, the other two types of experience (technique and charm) can't be earned through working out at the gym. After you've completed your work out with your personal trainer he'll send you out on the town to grab a bite to eat. However, his instructions aren't always clear and are sometimes a little vague. Each of these selections is drawn from a random pool of twenty-six prompts. Not all prompts will follow the order we list below, but we have provided a list for those looking to complete their RIZAP challenge and net themselves and achievement with their best results.

Now, let's go for a bulk-up meal. Hmm... I suggest a rice dish topped with lots of thin pork slices! These pork slices are often used in some noodle dishes too!

Now, let's go for a bulk-up menu! Let's see... I suggest you go to a fast food chain and order something that offers double the average amount of meat. That'll put a smile on your face!

This time, let's go meat only! Meat is the best for building muscle! I'm suggesting something that's relatively low in fat! It's best when cooked on a grill!

  • Ikinari Steak Sirloin 200g or Kanrai Stanndard Grade Sirloin 

Let’s focus on nutrition! How about a dish that contains a lot of scallions? You’ll be tempted to drink alcohol, but please try your best to resist it.
