Pokemon Let's Go Partner Pokemon Exclusive Moves: all Pikachu and Eevee's new moves

While Pikachu and Eevee have been around forever, in Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Pokemon Let's Go Eevee they're a little different, since your starter Pokemon is a special, unique 'partner' variant of that famous Pokemon. That has some drawbacks - like that they can't evolve - but it also has significant benefits, including the promise of all-new exclusive moves to make up for the lack of evolution for these special buddy Pokemon.

Some of these new Pokemon moves are significantly special - there's moves like Bouncy Bubble, Baddy Bad, Sizzly Slide and Sappy Seed for Eevee that give it the elemental powers that it would otherwise wouldn't have thanks to the loss of evolved forms. Pikachu has far less moves, but Pikachu's moves are also very powerful indeed. These moves are learned via move tutors in a circus master-style getup who can be found in a number of Pokemon Centers across Kanto.

If you combine these moves with strong stats and good natures on your starter Pokemon, you'll end up with powerful, hard-hitting buddies. Anyway - here's the move lists  - and don't forget that if you want to expand beyond Pikachu and Eevee to some classic starters, we've got instructions on how to get Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle in Pokemon Let's Go.

Partner Pikachu Exclusive Moves in Pokemon Let's Go

Pikachu has less all-new exclusive attacks in Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu than Eevee does in its counterpart game, but that makes sense in a way: Eevee can usually evolve into many different types of Pokemon, whereas Pikachu has always been a straight electric-type critter (with the exception of Alolan Raichu, which can be found in Pokemon Let's Go via trades). The Pikachu abilities shouldn't be underestimated, though - giving Pikachu a Flying and Water type move expands its ability to take apart other Pokemon types through their weaknesses considerably, and Zippy Zap is an amazing move. Watch out for the move tutors in Pokemon Centers that teach these moves.
