In a most surprising move, Square-Enix has announced the release of yet anotther PSOne classic for the PlayStation network service, this time for both Japanese and European territories simultaneously. The title in question is the PS1 version of Final Fantasy V.
Final Fantasy V will be releasing in Japan this week on April 6 for ¥1,200 and will be 150MB. No date has been announced for Europe as of yet, but the Member's Blog promises that an announcement will be made soon.
No word yet from the North American side of things, but since we've seen multiple PS1 releases from Square, it's only a matter of time before Final Fantasy V makes it over as well.
