20 Bethesda games, including several classic RPGs, available in Xbox Game Pass from tomorrow

The deal that saw Microsoft purchase Zenimax Media and Bethesda has now completed - and that means Xbox can begin to fully integrate Bethesda into its first-party line-up. That starts tomorrow, with a slew of Bethesda titles, many of them RPGs, entering Xbox Game Pass on both Xbox Consoles and PC.

Twenty Bethesda games will be available in Xbox Game Pass from tomorrow, including several Fallout and Elder Scrolls titles. Where exactly the titles are playable varies, with availability coming in three forms - console on Xbox One, Series S & Series X, PC via the Windows Store & Xbox apps, and Cloud via the Xbox 'XCloud' game streaming service. Some of the games will also benefit from the 'FPS Boost' setup on Xbox Series X & S, which basically means the games will run a little better than they did on their original hardware. Microsoft hasn't specified which ones, however.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes an Xbox Live Gold subscription for console, access to all Game Pass titles on both console and PC, and the ability to stream Xbox games to other devices via the Cloud, is $14.99/£10.99 per month. The stand-alone versions of Game Pass for Console or PC are $9.99/£7.99 monthly.
