Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream appears on Best Buy's website with a release date of February 25, 2022
Best Buy has posted a store listing for Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream, complete with a box art and screenshots for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. It also lists a date of February 25, 2022. The listing was spotted by the eagled-eye Wario64 on Twitter.
Atelier Sophie 2 has not yet been officially announced, though its existence was previously leaked via the Australian Classification board last month. The formal announcement will almost certainly be at Koei Tecmo's TGS stream, taking place soon at 20:00 JST.
Perhaps Atelier Sophie 2 will be the first Atelier series title to receive a simultaneous worldwide launch, but we'll have to wait for the formal announcement for more details.

Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream continues the story of Sophie and Plachta’s many adventures.
