Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes shows the Blue Lions spring into action in the Kingdom of Faerghus Trailer
Nintendo, Koei Tecmo, and Omega Force have shared a new trailer for Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes focusing on the Blue Lions. Dimitri leads the Kingdom of Faerghus into battle alongside Dedue, Mercedes, Ashe, Felix, Annette, Sylvain, and Ingrid.
The Japanese official website for the game has also been updated with more content on the character page. It now features previews of facial expressions for all eight Blue Lions, as well as the new protagonist Shez and their Sothis-equivalent being Arval.
Each of the characters highlighted in the trailer showcase a small glimpse of movesets belonging to several Fire Emblem Classes in Three Hopes. Voices in the trailer also hint that there will be unique interaction lines between specific characters, such as Sylvain and Ingrid.
The characters are generally shown with their preferred classes, which are mostly based on their canon classes in the original FE Three Houses (where they have a unique attire instead of the common armors). For instance, Dedue will be an Armored/Fortress Knight, Mercedes as a Priest/Bishop, Ashe as an Archer/Sniper, and Ingrid as a Pegasus Knight. However, Annette's default class may still be up in the air as of this writing. While she was shown swinging a Bolt Axe, her regular moveset consists of elemental spheres which make her closer to being a Mage/Warlock. It is yet to be known whether the War Cleric—or any content from Three Houses' Cindered Shadows DLC—will appear in this game.
Back in April, Fire Emblem Warriors received a story trailer that highlighted a special surprise for Three Houses' protagonist Byleth and their role in the upcoming game.
Fire Emblem: Three Hopes launches on June 24 for the Nintendo Switch.
