Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. today released an all-new trailer highlighting how players will have adventurous moments from one of ONE PIECE’s beloved story arcs, the “Water Seven” saga, in the upcoming RPG One Piece Odyssey. The title promises to be the most epic game based on the franchise ever, with a thrilling new story rooted in canon and exciting gameplay that puts players in control of their favorite characters from the Straw Hat Crew. One Piece Odyssey will launch on January 13, 2023, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, and is currently available for pre-order at www.bandainamcoent.com/games/one-piece-odyssey.
The new video showcases Bond Arts, powerful special attacks made by three characters that must be unlocked by completing Memory Link Quests. This allows players to resolve frayed memories in the World of Memories, and experience the bonds between the Straw Hat Crew. The trailer also explains part of the training system that lets players collect Cube Fragments in various locations, which can be used to enhance the Straw Hat Crew's skills to gain the upper hand in battle.
