Bandai Namco wants your Tales of Symphonia Remastered feedback, releases anime on YouTube

If you played the recently released remaster of Tales of Symphonia, Bandai Namco wants to hear from you. The publisher is running a public survey for those who played the game. The survey is open to people in multiple countries and languages. You can access it via this link.

Though the survey is being run by Bandai Namco Europe, players outside the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy can still respond. The questions are typical of a customer feedback survey. However, it does have a bespoke section for players to report performance issues and bugs with the Nintendo Switch edition of the game. Upon its release in February 2023, Tales of Symphonia Remastered was affected by significant technical and performance shortcomings. The RPG Site review of the Switch edition of the port highlighted some of these issues. For its part, Bandai Namco said that a patch to address the issues is in the works.

While users wait, they'll be able to get their dose of Symphonia via the official Tales of Symphonia anime series. The official Tales of YouTube channel is hosting the full eleven-episode series via this playlist. Released between 2007 and 2012, the episodes were split between three OVA releases, and the YouTube edition includes subtitles in various languages. Animation studio ufotable produced the series. Ufotable also produced some well-known game and manga adaptations, including Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Fate/Zero, Fate/Stay Night, and Tales of Zestiria X.
