Clouded Leopard Entertainment to release Asian version of Ys X: Nordics on Steam in March 2024; Kai no Kiseki later in 2024
Clouded Leopard Entertainment, the Asian publisher for many of Falcom's titles, has made three announcements regarding the Ys or Trails series.
Ys X: Nordics
First, Clouded Leopard has announced that Ys X: Nordics will release for Steam on March 14, 2024. As most of Clouded Leopard's PC ports do, it will support Korean and Chinese text with Japanese voiceovers. It does not support Japanese text or contain English language in any form. The Asian PlayStation version of Ys X: Nordics launched alongside the Japanese version last September. There is still no news of an English-language release of Ys X: Nordics.

Ys: Memories of Celceta
Second, Clouded Leopard has announced that Ys Foliage Ocean in Celceta: Kai will launch for Steam in Spring 2024. "Foliage Ocean" is essentially the more literal title for PlayStation Vita original Ys: Memories of Celceta, which XSEED already released on Steam in 2018 (I reviewed the PC port at the time).

The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki
Third, Clouded Leopard has announced an Asian version of the recently-announced latest entry in the Trails/Kiseki series Kai no Kiseki: Farewell, O Zemuria. The game is still undated with no officially announced platforms. It's perhaps worth noting that Kuro no Kiseki II released in Japan in September 2022 (as most Falcom titles tend to release in September in the region), and Clouded Leopard's Asian release followed in October 2022.

Those of us in the West can look forward to the official English release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak in Summer 2024 as we play catch up in the Trails franchise. We're still waiting on an English localization announcement of Ys X: Nordics.
