CD Projekt Red has released its Q12025 financial results [PDF], offering some key updates for its RPGs, both past and upcoming.

As of May 28, 2025, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has sold 60 million units. The game had reached 50 million units two years ago.

As of May 28, 2025, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty has sold 10 million units. The expansion reached 8 million units in November 2024, at the same time the base game reached 30 million units.

In the financial results, CD Projekt refers to the upcoming sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 as "Cyberpunk 2". The game has entered pre-production, with 96 people currently on the project. For comparison, The Witcher 4 currently has 422 staff, as reported within these same results.
As for the financial results themselves, CD Projekt states that sales are similar to the first quarter of last year, attributed to continuing strong sales of Cyberpunk 2077 and the Phantom Liberty expansion. Costs have decreased year-over-year, due to the reduced amortization for CD Projekt's main products.
