Fantasy Life i has sold over 1.2 million copies worldwide, Switch 2 Edition physical announced for Japan

Level-5 has announced that Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time has sold over 1.2 million copies worldwide across all platforms.

This milestone comes less than a month after Level-5 announced that the game had crossed 1 million units sold following its Switch 2 Edition launch. Speaking of the Switch 2 version, Level-5 also announced a Nintendo Switch 2 Edition physical release for Japan launching on August 7. To celebrate the milestone, a Photo Mode update is coming soon. 'FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time' Photo Mode Update & Global Sales Surpass 1.2 Million Units

LEVEL5 Inc. is pleased to announce that a Photo Mode will be added to FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time for Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Steam in an update scheduled for later this month. In addition, we are delighted to share that global cumulative sales for the title have surpassed 1.2 million units.

Photo Mode Coming Soon

A Photo Mode is scheduled to be implemented in an update later this month.
Players will be able to take photos using features such as pose settings, the option to show or hide Buddies and adjustable camera angles to suit each player’s preferences.

To celebrate the arrival of Photo Mode, a photo contest is also planned, inviting players to showcase their islands, house designs and more.
Additional details will be shared in the near future, so stay tuned.

Global Unit Sales Surpass 1.2 Million

Since its worldwide release on May 21, FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time has surpassed 1.2 million units sold globally.

To ensure that players can continue enjoying the game for as long as possible, development is ongoing for regular updates.
As part of the upcoming free “Update the World!” DLC, a new Roguelike Open-World mode will be added to the continent of Ginormosia.
